Through education, advocacy, family-centered resources, and community engagement the Always Sparkle Initiative helps families feel supported, empowered, connected and able to navigate difficult moments with compassion, clarity, and hope.

The initiative was created to ensure that Sparkle’s legacy continues to create positive change for children, families, siblings, caregivers, and communities.

CHD Awareness We provide accessible information about Congenital Heart Disease, early warning signs, heart‑health advocacy, and the realities faced by affected families.

Sibling Support We recognize that medical journeys affect entire families and are committed to creating space for siblings who are often overlooked during times of illness and loss.
